Here's a guide on using Clava to set the general entry price for your Point of Sale (POS):
1. Access the Location Settings
Log in to your Clava account.
Navigate to Settings > Locations
Select the specific location for which you want to set the general entry price by either first adding it or by selecting Edit by selecting the ⚙️ settings icon on the right
2. Locate the "Drop-in Price" Field
Scroll to the bottom of the edit window for that location.
Find the "Drop-in Price" field. This field is used to define the price for general entry/walk-in or drop-in customers.
3. Enter the General Entry Price
Enter the desired price for a general entry ticket in the "Drop-in Price" field. This price will now be used as the default price for general entry sales at your POS.
4. Save the Changes
Click the "Save" button to apply the new price to your location settings.
5. Verify the Price at the POS
Open your POS system.
Attempt to sell a general entry ticket.
The price displayed on the POS should now reflect the value you entered in the "Drop-in Price" field.
