Access Fees Tab: On the Taxes and Fees page, switch to the Fees tab.
Create a New Fee: Click on Add new + button.
Define the Fee:
Give your fee a clear title, such as "Shoe Hire".
Choose how the fee is calculated: a fixed price (e.g., £4) or a percentage of the total purchase (e.g., 1.4% for a transaction fee).
Enable the Fee: Toggle the status switch to on. By default, newly created fees are disabled.
Save the Fee: Click Add new to save your newly created fee.
Managing Fees
You can revisit and edit fees at any point. To disable a fee, simply return to the Fees tab, locate the fee, edit it, and toggle the status switch to off.
Using Fees in POS
Once fees are created, they become available for selection during transactions in the Point of Sale system.
