The Hidden feature is a good way to create scheduled items on your schedule calendar that are not publicly accessible. This enables your staff to view the full calendar and these bookings to be accessed by the correct booking participants. A good example for this use is for a youth program course that requires a try out to join and where access is restricted to a small group of individuals.
Navigation: Schedule > + > Create New..
Note: The Hidden title name varies with the type of booking made in the Schedule

Steps:
Select the Hidden Toggle
The Private URL box will display
Sessions and Groups will create a private URL, this will be displayed in the Session or Group Clava page.
Courses allow you to create a Private URL, make sure to only use lower case letters, numbers and hyphens only.
e.g private-123
do not include https:// or UPPER CASE lettering or any symbols!
Make sure the Sell online toggle is toggled to the OFF position.
