Limited-credit subscriptions provide a cost-effective alternative to unlimited memberships. Instead of offering unrestricted access, you can offer a set number of class or activity credits per billing cycle, like 10 credits per month. This approach is ideal for attracting customers seeking a more affordable and controlled commitment.
Navigation: Products > Passes and Subscriptions > Add New Price option
Set your pricing option to recurring by clicking on 'Subscription' by the price.
Next, set the Billing interval, in the below example, it is for 1 month
Define the following choices based on your facility:
Initiation fee
Subscription duration
Subscription minimum term
Cancellation notice
Charge cancellation fee
Then in Usage, set the number of credits the membership gives and how they are to be used.
Toggle Assign specific credits to enable specific credit amounts for passes and sessions.
In the example below the usage is set that the membership gains 10 credits per month (these credits do not roll over at the end of the month), and the credits can only be used on Passes.
Configure the rest of the options as required and then click 'Create new' and your new pricing option is set for your membership.
