Introductory offers: Creating an offer
Updated over a week ago

Intro offers are your secret weapon for enticing potential customers with a captivating glimpse of your products or services.

Think of them as sample-sized experiences, allowing individuals to try and fall in love with what you have to offer.

Creating an intro offer is easy. When building your packages, simply flip the handy "Introductory offer" toggle when adding a pricing option. This unlocks a treasure trove of benefits:

  • New customers only: Intro offers by default are only available to new joining members

  • Gain valuable insights: Track the performance of your intro offers through comprehensive reports. Monitor sales, conversions, and even upcoming expiration dates to understand their effectiveness.

  • Important note: Intro offers cannot be set to auto-renew.

With intro offers, you can turn curious newcomers into lifelong customers.

Please note that intro offers are exclusively available for packs, not subscriptions. These one-time deals provide an excellent opportunity to upsell new members to the most suitable pack or membership.

To start:

Go to Settings > Pricing and Create New

Give it a name > choose what the membership is offering and configure any of the other settings as needed and click Create, this will save and close the screen…

Next you need to add the pricing option, click Add new pricing option to begin

Next, time to configure the pricing option(s) and to set up with intro/promo offer, in the example below, we are creating a one-off membership for 2 weeks of unlimited classes, with a fair access policy of only allowing people to book 2 classes per day.

Scroll down and toggle on Introductory Offer, finish off and click Create new.

You will see the Pricing option is now added to the membership, an icon of a person with a + symbol indicates this is an intro offer.

Finally, click 'Save pack changes' and your new Intro offer membership will be live.

Your new intro offer membership will now be visible to your new and existing members to take advantage of…

Adding an intro offer to an existing pack

In much the same way as above you can simply add an intro offer pricing option to a pack.

Find an existing pack you would like to add an offer too.

Edit the pack, click on 'Add new pricing option'.

In this instance you can give the pricing option a title e.g Intro offer.

Configure the new pricing option as indicated above enabling introductory offer and then click create new.

You will now see that the new into offer is added to the pack.

Members will now see the introductory pricing option as part of the pack, this is why it is handy to use the title option when creating your pricing options.
