Before You Begin
Ensure you have created the Customer types you wish to offer your community see our Customer types: User Guide - Setup & Management for guidance
Step 1: Navigate to Products > Passes & Settings
Select the Product you wish to assign a concession to.
Create a unique title for the product that makes it clearly identifiable
In the product Description, clearly state what ID or proof will be required to supply at check in. This Description is public information.
Complete the pricing options as per the products needs.
Select the Required concession types
This list will display all of the Customer types you have created.
Note: You can select multiple Customer types for a product
Save the changes!
Reminder, make sure the title that you assign to the Pack, Pass or Subscription is clear and easy to understand.
