Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change the expiration date for a customer, or instructor's subscription or pack:
Visit Products > Passes & Subscriptions: Navigate to memberships
Select Pass, pack or subscription: Click on the name of the specific item you want to modify.
View Customer Details: Locate the customer you want to extend. Under the "Action" column, click "View".
Editing: Once you're viewing the customers pack or subscription details, look for the three dots next to the price. Click on them and select "Edit."
Change Expiration Date: In the editing window that appears, scroll down to the "Expiration" section. Click on "Change."
Select New Date: Choose the desired new expiration date from the calendar provided.
Apply Changes: After selecting the new date, click on the "Apply changes now" button to finalise the update.
